This Exhaust Valve was used on a Pratt & Whitney R-2800 double wasp radial engine equipped on the Vought F4U Corsair. This powerful engine produced 2,000 hp and was the largest engine available in the late 30s and early 40s. Please note; the Exhaust Valve have been used on a real aircraft engine so there will be blemishes; with oil stains and residue on each valve. No two are alike. Valves measure 6”h x 2.5” in dia.
