Introduced in the late 1980s, the A321 is one of the premier offerings from Airbus for the late 20th century, intended to compete with other aircraft such as the Boeing 737 Max. It features a single aisle, a narrow body design, with two engines and room for nearly 200 passengers onboard. Capable of short and medium range flights, this formula is intended to reduce costs for airlines and allow more aircraft to be purchased.

The A321 has a typical capacity of around 185 mixed-class passengers, with a range of around 3,700 miles, and a crew of two in the cockpit. The type is powered by two CFM-56 engines generating a combined 64,000 lbs of thrust, permitting an altitude ceiling of 39,800 ft, top speed of 544mph and a maximum weight of 206,100 lbs.

Unveiled in 2023 by American Airlines, this retro themed A321 fulfils medium range and capacity flights for its operator as a homage to its subsidiary Pacific Southwest Airlines. Registered as N582W, this aircraft underwent two weeks of paintwork before taking to the air once again, with the vibrant orange, red, and white colors of PSA. Die-Cast version has an accurate paint scheme, etched panel lines, pad printed decals, and detailed landing gear for display. Measures 4.5”l with a 3.5“ wingspan at 1:400 scale.

  • Pre-installed detailed landing gear that replicates the true A321neo’s suspension setup.
  • Even the smallest antennas and surface detailing are replicated,0 reflecting the true airliner’s design.
  • Measures 4.5”l with a 3.5” wingspan at 1:400 scale
  • Highly collectable and officially licensed.
