The Boeing 777-300ER is one of the most efficient airliners of modern day.

The Boeing 777-300ER is one of the most efficient airliners of modern day, with an extended range of travel and higher capacity for passengers that has led to the type outselling the competition. First flying in the mid-1990s and beginning deliveries in 2004, the ER variant has quickly become the staple of the entire line, totaling nearly 50% of all 777s delivered so far.

The 777-300ER currently in service will carry up to 396 passengers across a typical range of 7,800 miles, but typical seating capacity is closer to 360-380. The aircraft is powered by two very efficient GE90-115B engines which create around 230,000 lbs of combined thrust on takeoff, while still decreasing overall fuel consumption. The altitude ceiling of the jet is 43,100 ft, with a top speed of 554mph and a maximum weight of 775,000 lbs.

As one of 43 in Air France’s fleet, this 777-300ER is one of their long-haul jets, for use in the 300-500 passenger class. It represents the devotion of the collective Air France/KLM group to a more efficient and cost-effective future, with long range travel being affordable to more customers. This Die-Cast version has an accurate United Airlines paint scheme, etched panel lines, pad printed decals, and detailed landing gear for display. Also features a unique “bowed up” wing replication, showing the wings flexing from its massive weight. Measures 14.5”l with a 12.5” wingspan at 1:200 scale.
